One of the folks that was in my team meeting where Erica presented told me today that she had thoughts about harming herself. She remembered Erica's workshop session & she said because Erica showed her it was ok to talk about mental health in the workplace…She decided to ask for help. She took a leave of absence. She is currently getting treatment and hopes to be able to return back to work full time. Thank you, Erica! I hope you continue to be the light for others.

Erica's professionalism, follow-up and follow through on all responsibilities as a speaker for our 2021 National Management Training Week Summit was outstanding. She was by far the most detail oriented and efficient speaker I have ever had the pleasure to work with.

I had the chance to attend a talk by Erica McBeth. Her talk was so inspiring. She was vulnerable. It really spoke to me because I’ve struggled with many of the things she talks about & we need that message today. It was so inspiring because it was about how she made one small change but it leads to such deep insights about human connection. If you ever have the chance, make some time for Erica McBeth. I know you will love it.
